FBM Marauder Brakeless Complete Bike

This my friends is the FBM Marauder Brakeless BMX bike. Riding brakeless has become a pretty popular trend as of late, and companies like FBM have done their homework to include brakeless model bikes in their line up. This model very similar to the regular Marauder, except of course it has no brakes, duh. Also it comes with genuine Animal Hamilton pedals and Tioga FS 100 tires front and rear. All other parts are basically the same, but that’s a good thing because the Marauder is very well equipped and an excellent value for a complete BMX bike under $500. Of course if you are one of the luck ones to actually own or ride one these, please tell us about it by posting your comments below.

  1. Man this bike is amazing i bought mine as a birthday present to myself in September. i ride street and park almost every day but i do not use pegs and im 5′ 10″ if thats some needed info. this is a really really nice bike and the price is really well put for all the stuff it comes with. i own the brake-less one and to start off the paint job is awesome, flat black with random red splatters is really cool. im not one who usually buys this kind of stuff but its something you can’t see until you get right next to the bike and its a real shocker. the part are all from Nice brand, and i believe they’re FBM’s new company that imports goods from overseas. but all parts are of good quality nothing has bent or broken on the bike yet this includeds slipping stems bent rims (this comes with some nice double walled rims actually) and dings on the frame everything is solid smooth and rarely needs to have anything adjusted on it. but some things i thought could be changed were also present. the bike’s rear end is made with some tubing that could be a little bigger than it presently is, i don’t use pegs so i am not to worried about it but for a hardcore street rider that grinds a lot it might be something to look at. the second thing is the pegs are blocks of steel and are super heavy, riding with all four would weigh your bike down so much, these are definitely on the change out list, the seat post is also a little on the heavy side. and the final but minor complaint is the grips they were destroyed fairly quickly and must be changed out also. so if you get this bike get some better pegs and some extra grips and you’ll have your self a truly dialed and solid bike. star wise 4.75 out of 5 if thats what you want.

  2. Hay, ive been riding the fbm breakless maruader for about a month or so now and i can say its truly dialed, You couldnt ask for much more out of a complete bmx. i remember questioning myself , saying have i dont the right thing to order this marauder as it looks lsightly bulky in the picture. but it was perfect when i opend that box up.. WOW i was so happy. Its got a great lightness to the front end and a smooth ride even if your just cruzing round. Ive yet to change anything because of that the parts are all branded , with fbms new brand. miso. i agree with PACO . my grips are shredded , and i ride 1 peg at the back, and that even makes a little difference, so id recomend new pegs and grips. other than that.. well like fbm said, its dialed. so guys its an amazing bike. 1 of the best completes out there i think, so DONT HOLD YTOURSELF BACK. grab a marauder. and never look back. x
