Proper BMX Rims
We are really starting to like Proper Bike Co. These guys make some very good, well thought out BMX parts. Proof of this is are the new BMX rims.
These rims are extruded from 6061 aluminum (the good stuff) and they are a double wall, 3 chamber design (see pic). For the specs, these rims are 32mm wide, available in 36 or 48-holes, and weigh in at only 18.3 oz per rim. Also they are available in either 36H or 48H, an retail for about $55 at your favorite BMX dealer.
I believe they have a welded seem which is something you definitely want in any PRO quality BMX rim.
