It has been a while since we have seen any new and exciting BMX products from Snafu. But that is because they’ve been working very hard on a whole line of hot new products. The first of which are the new Mayweather cranks. Morgan Wade rides for Snafu and worked very closely with the tech guys to design these new cranks. Some of the unique new features include round crank arms which will save your ankles, as well as right hand or left hand drive compatibility. The spindle is a 19mm diameter, 48 splined unit available in either chromoly or titanium. The entire set up weighs in at only 30 ounces including hardware. They come in a variety of new colors including pearl, white, black, and orange. Standard lengths include 170, 175 and 180mm lengths. These cranks are light, smooth and affordable. The exact price is not yet known but should be in line with what you would expect to pay for a good set of 3-piece cranks at your local dealer.
